About FlowLeap

Building the AI Colleague for the Modern Accounting Firm

We saw the same problem repeated across accounting firms everywhere: the tools that digitised workflows never actually did the work. They made each step faster, but a person still had to run every one of them end to end. Software made accounting quicker, not leaner. We're here to change that.

Our Mission

End-to-End Workflow Automation

Our goal isn't to build another tool that speeds up a single step. It's to automate whole accounting workflows from start to finish - data collection, reconciliations, compliance preparation, client follow-up - so the work arrives finished and ready to review, not half-done.

The next generation of accounting firms won't scale by hiring more accountants. They'll scale by automating the repeatable work end to end and keeping their people on the judgement only they can provide. FlowLeap builds that execution layer - starting where the time goes and the least professional judgement is required.

We work directly with a small number of firms at a time, building the automation around how each practice actually operates.

Felix Anthonj
Founder & Executive Chairman

Felix founded FlowLeap after identifying a structural gap in the accounting industry: the software tools that digitised workflows never meaningfully reduced the operational burden on accountants. With a background spanning finance, investment, and venture building across Europe and Southern Africa, Felix leads FlowLeap's commercial strategy and client relationships. He works directly with firm principals to scope engagements and ensure the deployment delivers measurable capacity gains.

How We Work

Our Principles

The values that guide how we build, how we work with firms, and how we approach the problem.

Workflow First

We don't build technology looking for a problem. We study workflows deeply - in real firms, with real accountants - and build AI colleagues around what we learn.

Augmentation, Not Replacement

AI Associates work alongside accountants, not instead of them. We believe the best outcomes come from combining human judgement with AI execution.

Trust as Infrastructure

Accounting firms handle the most sensitive client data that exists. Security, privacy, and reliability aren't features for us - they're the foundation everything else is built on.

Dedicated Implementation

Every firm gets a dedicated implementation team. We don't hand you a platform and wish you luck - we configure, deploy, and monitor alongside your team until the results are clear.

Measured Outcomes

Every engagement begins with a capacity baseline. Hours recaptured, turnaround improved, output delivered - we track the numbers that matter to your practice and report on them monthly.

Continuous Improvement

AI colleagues improve with every engagement. New workflows, edge cases resolved, performance refined - your AI team gets better every month without you having to manage it.

How We Work With Your Firm

Every engagement starts with understanding your firm first.

No generic deployment. No off-the-shelf configuration. Before any AI colleague goes live in your firm, our implementation team spends dedicated time mapping exactly where your time is going and why.

Step 01

Workflow Mapping & Analysis

Our team conducts a structured analysis of your firm's workflows - where hours are spent, which tasks are repeatable, and where the highest-value automation opportunities sit. You receive a written capacity analysis before anything is deployed.

Step 02

Dedicated Configuration

AI colleagues are configured to your firm's specific processes, client base, communication standards, and software stack. Every rule, every exception, every escalation path is built around how your firm actually works - not how a generic template assumes it does.

Step 03

Supervised Go-Live

AI colleagues go live with your team reviewing every output. Our implementation team monitors performance, handles edge cases, and tightens configuration in real time. By week four, your team has a clear picture of hours recaptured and output delivered.

Step 04

Ongoing Improvement

Every month, your AI colleagues get better. New workflows are identified, edge cases are resolved, and capacity expands. Your dedicated account team reviews performance with you quarterly and identifies the next area to deploy.
